Check this out. Breathe in, breathe out. That's stillness. That silence right before you inhale again, that's where God lives. What if communicating? Being one with and living your life is an expression of God was as simple as silence. I'm Dr. Tom Hing and I love combining science and spirituality, the metaphysics of biology or the biology of soul to help people feel good in their bodies and their lives and their finances, their relationships. And the impact they have on others. So let's dive in. Awareness, alignment, attention. And the first thing to focus on is awareness. I am the awareness that is aware of my thoughts, my feelings, my body awareness, consciousness, God, they're all synonymous now. And in talking to God, listening to God, being one with God, it all starts with awareness and awareness. A lot of it happens in the silence, the stillness. Check this out. Breathe in, breathe out. That's stillness. That silence right before you inhale again, that's where God lives. That's where God's always lived. And that stillness is available all of the time. God is not about words. Consciousness at the highest level, the super consciousness. The God consciousness is not about words. It is of what happens when the mind quiets and we are one with God. That's when. We're able to realign our physical blueprint, our abundance blueprint, and to get the intuition and the guidance to help us live the life we were put on this planet to live. But it happens in the stillness, and again, to practice the stillness. Breathe in, breathe out, and right there is stillness. Right there is God. God is not outside of us. Now, regardless of your religion, this pertains to you whether you love Jesus, Buddha, Allah, Muhammad, any of the spiritual guide heads, it's fine. However, God is in your own lenses transmitted from ethereal to physical. Whatever form it takes, God is within you, so God's not outside of us. The kingdom of God is within you. It says that in every type of scripture. The essence of God is why we're alive. It is our awareness. It is our highest level of consciousness. It is our life force. It is our soul. It is our spirit. It is our essence, and we can best call it presence. The awareness that is aware is the best way to describe God within us. It's not a word though. So even trying to explain it with words is not doing it justice, if the all is one and the one is all, and we're all connected, and that everything is energy, you can also accept that the kingdom of God is within you and in a sense you are God or an extension of God. Not the words I'm using. The words I'm using can maybe point us to God, the words you say in your head when you're praying or thinking or doing what you do throughout the day. Sometimes there'll be words that point us to God, but we feel and hear God in the silence and the stillness between the words. God is in everything, but when it comes to us humans, our direct contact with God and listening to God is in the stillness. After the earthquake, after the fire, after the wind, still small voice. The sounds of silence, the presence and the stillness. That is when we hear God, many spiritual teachers have said this, I am the awareness that is aware of my thoughts, my actions, and my feelings. I'm not my thoughts, I'm not my emotions, but I am the awareness that is aware. Becoming the awareness is what quantum mechanics calls the observer effect. Nothing happens in physical form without consciousness, and we speak of being the awareness that means we are the consciousness that is actually giving physical life and form to what we are aware of, including our own bodies. Say your physical health is not where you want it. Observing the type of body that you want. Observing a physical, healthy, strong blueprint for your body and being aware of that because it does exist as opposed to what you're seeing in the mirror on the scale and the doctor printouts, but becoming aware of your true source self. That is your power of consciousness and that is your power of God. Within that is your conscious creator power. But it doesn't happen with thinking. It happens, and awareness. It happens in stillness. It happens through the feeling as if your desire is already fulfilled and your desire is there for a reason. It's pointing you to your natural purpose being your natural health blueprint, your natural abundance blueprint, your natural love blueprint. It already exists. When you become aware of awareness, you become powerful. You become a conscious creator. Now, Neville said this very clearly, and I will just restate it. Feeling is the secret. He wrote a whole book called The Power of Awareness. But in becoming the awareness, being the awareness, God communicates with us, source God, light, higher intelligence, the super consciousness through feeling, through nudges, through intuition. So. Number one level. One of the neat process and NEAT stands for neuro energetic alignment techniques. Number one is physical body health and regulation. Becoming aware of your body, becoming aware of your nervous system regulation, becoming aware of your brain, heart coherence, because without a body that's receptive to God's messages, we're not gonna hear 'em. So that's level one. Because if we're always in fight or flight, if we're always in rushing mode, if we're always in survival mode, we won't be tuned in to the messages God has. So I would recommend everyone watching this begin every day with stillness and listening. You can ask questions before you listen. I call it your alignment practice. I don't like to call it meditation or prayer. Let's call it alignment because you're aligning your mind, your body, your essence with the higher intelligence of God, with the higher intelligence of God, source light, and it's very simple. Breathe, become aware of the energy. Your inner energy and after several breaths exist in the stillness and maybe practice it for five minutes each morning to begin with and work your way up. As you progress. It's like a muscle. Your awareness muscle will get stronger and you will sense and feel God at a much higher volume. And that's where intuition comes in. Intuition is how God talks to us. It's how we listen and we get it, especially the good stuff when we are in creator mode, expansive mode, definitely not in fight or flight mode. So step number one. Body awareness regulating your physical body, your nervous system, and your heart brain coherence so you can hear God. 'cause God's always there. Your higher intelligence is always within and is always providing you with the insight, the intuition, and the guidance you need. It's up to us to listen more frequently, so we hear that guidance.
